Led Ashtanga: Ashtanga Yoga is comprised of 5 series, or sequences. These series place traditional postures in a specific sequential order that is designed to build focus, strength, flexibility and progress in level of difficulty. In the Mysore tradition, classes are self-guided, under the supervision of a master teacher. In Led Ashtanga, the instructor guides the class as a whole through the series.
