Welcome to the Yoga Loft. Our classes are vinyasa flow,
a style that blends the Iyengar and Ashtanga methods of
yoga. Postures (asanas) are linked together in vigorous,
flowing sequences that build strength, improve balance
and flexibility, release toxins, and quiet the mind for overall
well being.
We offer all levels of classes for all
different ages and fitness
levels. We recommend that new
practitioners begin with
Level 1 classes and advance at their
own pace, regardless
of previous fitness experience. Lower
level classes offer
more detailed instruction and
introduce proper alignment
and breathing techniques, while upper
level classes assume
prior knowledge of the asanas and flow
at a quicker pace.
Each of our wonderful instructors
offers her/his own unique
style and personality - we encourage
you to try a variety of
classes and instructors until you find
those that inspire and
challenge you the most. Happy practicing.
