Erica Kyriakatos

Erica Kyriakatos MA, CYT, is the creator of Fully Embodied, teaching her unique Embodied Vinyasa Yoga style on both coasts, practicing Thai Yoga Therapy and conducting Embodiment Therapy, her own integrated healing modality. A highly regarded practitioner, Erica conducts weekend retreats and assists world-renowned Shiva Rea around the country. In 2004, Erica was trained in Thai Yoga Therapy by Saul David Raye. Erica holds a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, California. Her clients and students have ranged from the Omega Institutes staff, to at-risk youth and individuals with traumatic brain injury. She integrates her Transpersonal and Somatic Psychology background and studies in Thai Yoga Massage, as well as the teachings of the Buddhist teacher Pema Chodron, teaching individuals breath by breath to experience embodiment, and anchor into the present.

Also known as the lazy mans yoga, Thai Yoga Massage integrates restorative yoga, assisted stretching, deep relaxation, joint mobilization, acupressure, and reflexology. The Thai Yoga Massage practitioner utilizes their hands, elbows, and feet to massage and stretch out the clients body. Regardless of yoga experience or physical limitations, Thai Yoga Massage is for anyone who needs to release tension and stress while increasing flexibility, circulation, and relaxation.
