Core Essentials: Adds abdominal work to traditional flow yoga sequences to build core strength and stability.
Restoratives: A flow class ending with restorative postures that utilize multiple props to open, stretch, and relax the body.
Yin: A flow class ending with postures that deeply stretch the connective tissue of the pelvis, hips, and lower back. These poses are held for 3-10 minutes for maximum benefit and rejuvenation.

Levels
Level 1: Perfect for the new practitioner. Introduction to basic postures, proper breathing, and alignment. Depending on the instructor, these classes are either taught in the Iyengar method or they offer a gentle flow.
Level 1/2: Designed for the beginning level student who is ready for new challenges. Introduction to inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends.
Level 2: An intermediate level class designed to prepare students for more challenging, advanced postures. Poses are held longer and sequences are more complex.
Level 2/3: An intense flow, with advanced postures, arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Not appropriate for beginners.
Level 3: A crazy-hard flow class, including advanced arm balances and inversions. Not appropriate for beginners.
Yoga for Fertility/Prenatal: This class will focus on postures that increase blood flow to the reproductive organs and reduce mental stress, as well as guided imagery and visualization. Safe and recommended for those who are already pregnant.
Lunch Flow: an energetic flow class suitable for all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended
