Oh my-is it really July??! The half-year mark is the ideal time to renew our commitments to and perhaps re-evaluate the intentions we may have set for ourselves back in January. Have you lost focus? Cruised off your path for a bit? Probably…we all do! Our practices are such a wonderful vehicle for finding our way back to our truest selves…our hopes, our dreams, our deepest desires…whether you're practicing here, at home, on the beach, at another studio, it doesn't matter…just enjoy yourselves and the process. On that note….
CLASS SCHEDULE
As many of you know, instructors Tanya, Suzy, & Rosie are all due to have babies in late Summer/early Fall. Tanya will return to many of her classes in November; Rosie is undecided on a return but will definitely sub classes beginning in November; Suzy will return in January. Long-term subs during their maternity leaves (effective July 15 for Suzy & August 1 for the other two) are as follows:

o Congratulations to instructor Kelly McAndrews on finishing her 4-year graduate program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Emperor's College in Santa Monica. She graduates officially on July 22nd.
o Happy belated birthday to instructor Brock Cahill (June 22) and happy birthday to instructors Kelly McAndrews and Jo Tastula (both on July 2).
