YOGA UNPLUGGED THIS WEEKEND!! NEW TIME!!
Enjoy live acoustic music from guitarist/vocalist Paul Lemire and a challenging Level 2/3 flow with Kelly McAndrews. Sunday, June 4th. 4:00-5:00pm. $15.
CLASS SCHEDULE
Welcome Krista Foster to our amazing staff of instructors! Krista is a YogaWorks-trained instructor with a beautiful practice. She has studied with top teachers, including renowned Ashtangi Tim Miller, and she brings dedication, challenge, lots of fun, and spirituality to her classes. Like Brock, her classes emphasize proper alignment, a strong core, flexibility, and arm balances & inversions. Enjoy!!!
Krista will take over Brock's Wednesday 7pm Level 2/3 class on May 31st. Brock will still be teaching his Tues/Thurs 4pm Level 2/3 class, as well as his Friday 7am class.
JUNE PROMOTIONS
o 10% of all SERIES purchases in June will be donated to COACHART, a Los Angeles-based non-profit organization offering athletic (including yoga!) and arts instruction to underprivileged, sick children in local children's hospitals.
o DADS get a FREE class on Father's Day…Sunday, June 18th

o My business partner, Linsly Donnelly, is moving to Dana Point with new baby Cole & hubby Chris and will be sorely missed. She will still be an active partner in Yoga Loft. Happy trails-we love you!
