Livestream: Calm

CALM will allow you to enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice mixed with Restorative Yoga postures. This class will incorporate calming breath work with longer holds of postures providing a deep sense of stretch and relief. In Yin Yoga the long holds of poses will target deep connective tissue increasing flexibility, boosting joint health, and providing a deep sense of calm in the mind and body. 
 
This class is for all levels of practitioners.
