Yoga Elixir for Life

Open the pathways into the heart and soul of your practice to calm and center your mind, body, and spirit! 

Join Justin, Shelley, and Suzy for an immersion into calm.  This course is required for those wishing to do the 200 hour teacher training certification track.  The course can be completed both in person + online as well as at your own pace.  October 22-24 and November 5-7

You will learn: 

  • Meditation to calm your mind
  • Breathing practices to invigorate and ground your nervous system
  • Intention Setting & Discovering what fuels your practice
  • Subtle Body Introduction
  • Journaling and Self Study
  • Anatomy of Restorative and Grounded Asanas
  • Yoga History Introduction, 8 Limbs Yoga Philosophy

    The live schedule is: 
  • Friday: 8:45 class with Shelley 11-4pm lecture & lab (breaks included)
  • Saturday: Both classes with Justin (practice or observe) 1-6 pm lecture & lab (breaks included)
  • Sunday: Both classes (practice or observe) with Suzy, 12-5 lecture & lab (breaks included)
