Breathwork (On the Beach)
In a Breathwork Session our intent is to totally reset body and mind. Through focused intentional breathing, this practice helps stabilize the nervous system, discipline the overactive brain and clear out toxic energy, thoughts and emotions. Breathwork is a fast, effective way to heal your life and become fully present. Clients often experience greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss.
By bringing old patterns and emotions to the surface we are able to diminish their power. We then use Breathwork as a tool to go even deeper into the subconscious and to create a more transcendent experience.

As a Performance Coach for over two decades, Chris has had the opportunity to work with a variety of people and organizations using a number of tools to peel back layers, find clarity, create new habits and help people work towards what they want in life as opposed to what they don’t want.
